Choose the Stay That Fits Your Trip
At Lone Duck, guests can choose between camping cabins, RV sites or tent camping, each offering access to the campground's shared amenities. Every option includes a picnic table and firepit, so whether you bring a tent, an RV or simply want a solid roof overhead, there is a place suited to your travel style.

Our seven camping cabins give guests a solid roof and real beds without losing the traditional campground feel. Most sleep up to five with a double bed, a twin bunk above it and a separate set of twin bunks, while one smaller cabin sleeps up to three with a queen bed and trundle. Guests should bring their own bedding, and pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended inside.

Our tent sites offer a traditional camping experience in the mountains, with site sizes that vary throughout the campground. These sites do not include individual water or electrical connections, so guests bring what they need to set up camp. Tent campers still have full access to the campground's shared amenities, including 24-hour restrooms, showers, complimentary Wi-Fi and the heated pool.

During the winter season, we offer monthly RV sites ranging from about 25 to 35 feet, with rates covering up to two people. Utilities including water, sewer, trash and recycling are included, while electric service on 30A and 50A sites is metered and billed separately. RVs must be insured, in very good condition and include a full bathroom, since campground restrooms close for winter. Up to two pets are allowed for an additional monthly fee, and pets must stay leashed at all times, with owners cleaning up after them. The season's start may shift due to infrastructure projects, so it is worth checking in late January for availability.
